limited warranty for glass – assures that the glass used in window and door replacements will be defect-free in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for up to 20 years from the original installation date. Our insulated glass is warranted not to develop any material obstruction from vision or exhibit premature failure of the glass or organic seal under normal use and conditions.
- Ten (10) year
limited warranty for other components – assures that the Fibrex® frame and sash materials will not flake, rust, peel, pit, corrode, or rot for 10 years from the original installation date. Under normal use, our locks, lifts, hinges, handles, balance systems, insect screens, weatherstripping, and Bright Brass or Satin Nickel door hardware is warranted to be defect-free in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for up to 10 years from installation.
- Two (2) year limited
warranty on installation –
assures that window and door installation from any one of our authorized installers will be warranted for up to two years from the installation date. In the rare occurrence that your Renewal by Andersen® window or patio door should fail to perform to specifications as a result of improper original installation, we will bring the workmanship up to our professional standards free of charge.
