- Twenty (20) year limited warranty for glass – states that the glass will be free from defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship for 20 years from the original date of installation. Under normal use and conditions, insulating glass is warranted to not develop any material obstruction of vision that results from manufacturing defects or premature failure of the glass or organic seal.
- Ten (10) year limited warranty for other components – states that the frame and sash members constructed of Fibrex® framing material will not peel, flake, rust, pit, corrode, or rot under normal use, for 10 years from the original date of installation. Additional components, such as locks, lifts, hinges, balance systems, insect screens, handles, weatherstripping, high performance finishes on Bright Brass Full View storm door handles, and Bright Brass or Satin Nickel Renewal by Andersen® door hardware is warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for 10 years from the original installation date.
- Two (2) year limited warranty on installation – states that installation from an authorized installer is warranted for a period of two years from the installation date. Should your Renewal by Andersen® window, patio door, or storm door fail to perform according to specifications during this period due to improper original installation, we will bring workmanship up to our professional standards, at no additional cost to you.
