screens. When you add Renewal by Andersen® products to your
home in Phoenixville, Paoli, Thorndale, and Unionville,
Pennsylvania (PA) the value you add will last throughout

- Twenty
(20) year limited warranty for glass
– states that it will be
free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and
workmanship for 20 years from the original installation
date. Under normal use and conditions, insulating
glass is warranted not to develop any material obstruction
of vision resulting from manufacturing defects or
as a result of premature failure of the glass or organic
seal.
- Ten (10) year
limited warranty for other components –
states that the frame and sash members constructed
of Fibrex® material will not flake, peel, rust,
corrode, pit, or rot, under normal use, for 10 years
from the original installation date. Components, such
as locks, lifts, balance systems, hinges, handles,
insect screens, weatherstripping, high performance
finishes on Bright Brass Full View storm door handles,
and Bright Brass or Satin Nickel Renewal by Andersen® door hardware
is warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing,
materials, and workmanship for 10 years from installation
date.
- Two (2) year limited
warranty on installation – states that
installation from an authorized installer is warranted
for a period of two years from the installation date.
If, during this period, your Renewal by Andersen®
window, patio door, or storm door should fail to perform
according to our specifications due to improper original
installation, we will bring the workmanship up to
our professional standards, at no additional cost
to you.
