Step 2:  Your FREE Window Diagnosis

At your convenience, our expert consultant will meet with you in the comfort of your own home to discuss your current window problems.  We will take the time to understand your home's unique   installation requirements and help you select the style and features you want for your new custom-built windows. At this time, we will also conduct your personal Energy Loss Estimate.

Step 3:  Premiere Installation Service

When your new windows arrive, sit back, relax and experience our Red Carpet Service.  You will be impressed with our Master Installers.  They are punctual, respectful to both you and your home, and will leave your project site as clean as when they arrived.  You can count on it.

Step 4:  Zero Defect Checklist

Once your window or door project is complete, our relationship does not end.  Our master installers will walk you through the 10-point Zero Defect checklist, ensuring you are completely happy with your newly installed windows.  If not, they will take care of it before they ever leave your home.  There is no need for any concerns because you are covered by an unparalleled warranty that includes product and installation and labor.  We will periodically contact you to ensure that you remain satisfied with your Renewal by Andersen windows or doors. 

Step 5:  Our Goal is Homeowner Satisfaction 

Once your project is completed, you will receive a Homeowner Satisfaction Survey (HOS) directly from the Andersen Corporation.  You will be asked to rate our performance.  Rest assured that if there is anything that requires attention, both Renewal by Andersen's local division and our corporate office will find a solution for any window or door problem.  We will not rest until you are 100% satisfied. 

At any time you can open any window sash and locate a custom serial number on the inside along with our phone number.  This serial number allows us to access the exact custom built specifications of that window so we can solve any problem no matter how long it has been since your windows were installed. We will do whatever is necessary to guarantee your satisfaction for years to come.
