Renewal by Andersen® wood and vinyl
double-hung replacement windows come in a variety of
glass styles to suit any home and complement any interior
design. Renewal by Andersen® High-Performance™ Low-E4™
glass comes standard in every window we build. The next
generation of energy efficient, low-maintenance glass,
Low-E4™ glass effectively reduces water spots
by up to 99%* and cuts energy bills by up to 25%**, depending where you live. Pick
from the glass options below for the most ideal Renewal by Andersen® double-hung replacement window in cities such
as Boston, Worcester, and Springfield, as well as areas
such as Metro West, North Shore, and South Shore, Massachusetts
(MA).
Low-E4™ coating helps to keep your home warmer
in the winter and cooler in the summer. Additionally,
it filters most ultraviolet and visible rays that can
cause damage to carpets, drapes, and furniture while
maintaining a clear, non-tinted view. Made of stainless
steel, our one-piece glass spacer resists heat transfer
four to five times better than aluminum spacers. An
Argon gas blend is sealed between the glass to help
inhibit the transfer of energy (heat or cold). So while
winters in Boston are typically cold and snowy and summers
are warm and humid, you will be able to achieve a constant
comfortable temperature in your home from season to
season.
