The canvas team is responsible for working in neighborhoods that we’re currently installing windows and scheduling free in-home consultations for the sales representatives.

Call Center Assistant Manager

Renewal By Andersen in Long island NY is one of the largest window replacement companies in NY. We are proud to carry the Andersen tradition of excellence in all aspects of our business. We are rapidly expanding in NY and need a strong assistant call center manager to help facilitate this growth. We have an industry leading database and phone system in place and currently employee seven callers. Now we need a dynamic nighttime leader to help improve performance and provide hands on training for our team. The assistant call center position will grow greatly in responsibility and in size over the next couple of years. This is a great position for someone to join a team that will make Renewal by Andersen of Long Island NY the best window company in the Andersen family.

**MUST HAVE OUTBOUND/COLD CALL EXPERIENCE**

Hours- 12:30pm-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, Flexible Availability-Saturday 10-5pm/Sunday 10-4

Job Requirements

-Experience working in and outbound call center
-Experience managing a call center and a team of callers
-Ability to analyze critical business metrics and reports to assist training and push overall performance in the call center
Flexible schedule- the call center is open 7 days a week and the shifts are mornings, afternoons, and evenings. An effective assistant call center manager needs to be available for all shifts to ensure performance at all times.
This position must lead by example and regularly get on the phone and deal with the prospect in order to better help the team and ensure overall coverage in the call center
Strong Leadership abilities- This manager will be managing closely to ensure quality work across the team
Team-player-the call center provides all sales leads for the company. An effective manager will create a team environment and happy employees
Organization skills- we are regularly scheduling 25 in-home appointments and must be able to handle cancellations and rescheduled appointments as well as same day sets
