You begin the process by giving us a call or contacting us via the web to set up your FREE Window Diagnosis.
Step 2: Your FREE Window Diagnosis
Our expert consultant will meet you in the comfort of your own home to assess your window problems, understand the unique practical and structural installation requirements of your home and help you select the style and features you prefer for your custom-built windows. We will also conduct your personal Energy Loss Estimate.
Step 3: Red Carpet Installation Service
When your windows arrive, get ready for our Red Carpet Service. Our Certified Master Installers are punctual, respectful of your home, and will clean up their work area daily. All you have to do is sit back and relax.
Even when your window or door project is complete, we are not finished. Our Master Installers aren't satisfied until YOU are satisfied. Together, we will complete the 10-point Zero Defect checklist, ensuring that everything meets your satisfaction. You are covered by an unparalleled warranty that includes product and installation and labor. We will follow up with you periodically to make sure that your satisfaction continues.
Step 5: Homeowner Satisfaction (HOS) Is Our Long-Term Goal
A few weeks after completion, you'll receive a Homeowner Satisfaction Survey (HOS) directly from Andersen Corporation asking you to rate our performance.
Local offices are held to the highest standard. Rest assured, if you report any issue, the corporate office will call us-your local Renewal by Andersen-until the matter is 100% resolved!
If at any time an issue arises with your windows, you are covered. Open any sash, and on the side, you'll find a customized sticker with a serial number and our phone number. That serial number allows us to access the exact custom build specifications of that widow so we can solve any problem... even if it's years later. Your satisfaction is virtually guaranteed for years to come.
