I would like to take a minute to share my experience with Renewal by Andersen. My experience was a good one for many reasons. One reason is that the salesperson was very informative about the product. He was able to show models of the materials that were used in the production of the actual windows. His presentation of the cost effectiveness and energy savings helped us to realize that this was not just a cosmetic make-over but an investment for the future. Another reason was the competence of the installation crew. Past experience had tainted our view of actually having hope that the windows would be installed in an efficient and timely manner. To our great pleasure we could not have been happier with the installation. The crew was professional, neat and quick! I left for work and arrived home to what looked like a new house! In conclusion, we are already talking about additional work to be scheduled!
