Step 1: Contact Us and Schedule a Consultation

During your initial conversation with our staff, you will experience a friendly environment and extremely high level of willingness to help with your project.  We will get some information about your replacement project and will then schedule a free in-home consultation with one of our expert Design Consultants at a time convenient for you.

Step 2: Design Consultation

One of our Design Consultants will show up to your home on-time and equipped with the knowledge and information to help you make a decision about this investment in your home.  This consultation is designed to be a low-pressure, educational experience that will leave you feeling confident in our solutions and comfortable with our staff.  Our consultants will be happy to answer all of your questions and address your concerns during the decision process.  Once our experts inspect and diagnose your windows and/or doors, they will take measurements in order to give you an accurate, no hassle estimate to complete your project.

Step 3: Your Decision

After the initial consultation, the ball is in your court.  Your Design Consultant will be your point of contact during your decision making process but the phone lines for our internal staff are always open should you need to speak to anyone else.  We hope that we have exceeded your expectations during the initial conversation and that we have built a level of trust where you feel comfortable moving forward.  Once you decide that Renewal by Andersen is the right company for you, it's time to get the ball rolling!

Step 4: Technical Measurement

At the time of sale, you will be given an estimated installation date. In order to meet that expectation, we will set-up a time for our Measure Technician to visit your home, at your convenience, and take final measurements and a final inspection of your windows and/or doors.  Once this is complete we will be able to process your order through the factory and get started with building the custom products specifically designed for your home.

Step 5: Schedule Installation

At time of sale you will be given an expected installation date.  About one week before the actual installation date, our Installation Coordinator will call to confirm a date and time arranged around your family's schedule.  Installations generally take 1-2 days with many completed in just one day - minimizing your time out of work or away from other personal responsibilities.

Step 6: Installation Day

On the day of your scheduled installation, our highly experienced installation team, led by a master craftsman installer, will arrive at your home when promised to start your project.  The installers work tirelessly throughout the day to remove old windows, install new ones and clean-up after themselves. The job-site is always kept tidy and will be vacuumed clean before the job is done.  We do the job right the first time and will take the necessary steps required to leave you satisfied.  We will even call you during the installation to make sure everything is going well and answer your questions.
