I had all my windows replaced with Renewal By Anderson less than a week ago. I've already been able to lower my thermostat by two degrees and the house has no more cold drafts. Thank you for a job well done.

My experience with Renewal by Anderson has been positive from the first call until the completion of the installation of my patio slider door. Everyone has been very professional and wonderful. Josh and Eddie, who did the installation, were wonderful. They cleaned up after they were done. Unbelievable!!! The new slider is a dream. It moves easily. The locks on the new slider allow me to toss the cane I used in the old slider to secure the door. I also noticed right away that there was no cold air coming in from the slider. Now the heater is not running constantly. I cannot wait to see the difference in my gas bill. Oh, speaking of the cold, the winter installation turned out fine even when the old slider came out and the new slider went in. I really worried about the replacement being done in February. I would not hesitate to call again for my window replacements. Thanks to everyone at Renewal by Anderson for the positive experience.

We are thrilled with our new windows! Our home had 40 year old rotted windows which were difficult to open. During the summer we had to keep them shut and run air conditioning. The two installers were courteous, neat, and fast! The new window was in in one day. They took away all of the old window parts and cleaned everything up before they left. I was really happy with the job they did.

The professionalism, or perhaps perfectionism, of the Renewal by Andersen staff, from salesman to installers to office staff far exceeded my expectations. And, so did the windows themselves. Immediately we could feel a new level of draft-free comfort. The energy savings are already showing up in the heating bill.

My Anderson Window experience was the best home improvement I ever did! Truly, the cold drafts stopped the house felt warmer and quieter; you could even sit next to the window without a blanket on in the winter time! When I the salesman showed me the quality and thickness of the replacement glass windows I knew it was going to be a wise choice. I had shopped around a bit and saw the "other" replacement windows and they did not compare at all. The glass sold me and I don't regret one penny, and I say this coming from a situation at the time when every single penny really counted, I was the sole provider and needed to keep the house as warm as possible since we did not have central heat and the only heat was a woodstove, well when the fire goes out it gets pretty chilly, and honestly with these new windows it was not much of a problem as in previous winters. I have had my windows for at least 5 seasons now; I am still love them anytime I pause to look at them. They are easy to clean, good looking, energy efficient, and all mine!

I was skeptical of letting anyone else install windows, but climbing ladders was becoming a health risk. Hiring Anderson was the best home improvement decision I ever made. The installers were punctual, efficient, courteous and showed pride in their work. My new slider is already paying off in energy savings. My huge cathedral ceiling family room used to take an hour to reach proper temp on a cold morning. Now the room is roasty & toasty in less than 1/2 hour, thanks just to the new slider. Once my salesperson, Joe, came out to the house, my job went very smoothly. I had four windows left to finish the new windows on my house. I would have used Renewal by Anderson for all of them if they had been in Massachusetts when I had the first ones done. Everything went according to our plan and all work was done as Joe told me it would. I love my new windows and they are now my four favorite windows in the house!
