I just want to compliment Renewal by Andersen on its great staff (Brad & Dave). I especially want to give recognition to Brad Farnin. Any sales person should know their product and have great customer service orientation, but Brad goes beyond that... he showed up on Wednesday (of course on time) with a bag of treats for my dogs. Now I view this as exemplary customer recognition; he is truly the epitome of excellent salesmanship! And of course, I placed another order!

Once my salesperson, Joe, came out to the house, my job went very smoothly. I had four windows left to finish the new windows on my house. I would have used Renewal by Anderson for all of them if they had been in Massachusetts when I had the first ones done.
